How To Apply And Change Primary Menu?

In Wordpress Admin Panel go to Appearance > Editor section

After opening Editor Section Click Toggle Navigation > Template Parts > Footer-2 which in on left top corner of Editor Section Screen.

Click on Toggle Navigation

Select Template Parts and Open Header

Edit Primary Menu and Save it
